Itinerary

Day 1 - Valletta

Welcome to Malta! Upon your arrival to Malta International Airport, meet your driver for your transfer to your hotel in central Valletta. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure in Valletta. Overnight in Valletta.

Day 2 - Valletta

This morning start touring the city with a visit to the Upper Barracca Gardens where there is a splendid view of the famous Grand Harbour of Malta. This is followed by a walk through the main streets of Valletta and a visit to St John’s Cathedral and the Caravaggio. Afterwards the clients will be taken to the medieval house and museum the “Casa Rocca Piccola”. In the afternoon clients will proceed to the south part of the island where they visit the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk. Another fishing village which can be visited is Wied iz-Zurrieq where the Blue Grotto is found. This is another lovely village where optional boat rides to the famous Blue Grotto can be made. Overnight in Valletta.

Day 3 - Valletta

This morning you will meet your driver in the hotel lobby. You will be taken to Senglea for your day tour. Once in Senglea you will be taken to the Gardjola where they can enjoy a beautiful view of the capital city Valletta and the Grand Harbour. After Senglea the clients will drive through Cospicua, the city connected with the Dockyards followed by Vittoriosa. In Vittoriosa the walking tour will start near the Café Riche across Couvre Porte and down to the main square. In the afternoon you will visit the beautiful city of Mdina, Malta’s capital city. On the way back to the hotel one can also visit the Mosta Church, dedicated to the Assumption of our Lady. Overnight in Valletta.

Day 4 - Valletta

Today you will meet your driver in the hotel lobby. One of Malta’s most popular tours is the Gozo tour. This is a very pretty island situated only 9 kilometers away from the north point of Malta. Once in Gozo an important place to visit is the Ggantija Neolithic Temples dating to about 3,800 years BC. These are the oldest free-standing temples in the world. Dwejra is another beautiful place to visit where the Azur Window was, as it collapsed in March 2017. The capital city, Victoria Rabat, is also visited with a walk up in the fortified Cittadel, commanding the highest point of Gozo with a spectacular view of the island from the bastions. A stop in the beautiful Xlendi Bay can be made where one can have lunch at one of the good restaurants there serving many different dishes. Overnight in Valletta.

Day 5 - Valletta Departure

This morning after breakfast, check out of your hotel and meet your private driver in the hotel lobby for your transfer to Malta International Airport.
