Itinerary

Day 1 - Moscow Arrival

Upon arrival in Moscow meet your driver for your transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Moscow.

Day 2 - Moscow

This morning after breakfast, meet your driver to be transferred to your tour of Moscow. Spend the day exploring the Red Square, Zaryadie Park, GUM Store, Moskva City with its skyscrapers and Sparrow Hills. During the tour you will also visit the fabulous Moscow Metro “Underground palace”. Meet your guide and head underground to discover the hidden city’s treasures. See the historical stations with authentic Soviet architecture & luxury decor. After a quick lunch, visit Tretyakov Gallery. This Gallery is the national treasury of Russian fine art and one of the greatest museums in the world. Overnight in Moscow.

Day 3 - Moscow

This morning after breakfast, meet your driver to be transferred to the Moscow Kremlin. Today you will visit the legendary fortress near the Red Square located on the left bank of the Moskva River which is considered to be one of the most beautiful architectural ensembles in the world. You will also get the chance to visit the worldwide-known Armory of Moscow’s Kremlin, a chamber that boasts enough bling to rival the entire Palace of Versailles. Walk around the treasure-house with your guide and discover it’s highlights such as the vast collection of Faberge Eggs that were once given as extravagant Easter gifts, as well as the crowns and thrones of Russian tsars, precious armory and the world’s largest collection of royal carriages. Overnight in Moscow.

Day 4 - Moscow

This morning meet your driver to be transferred to your tour of the ancient Russian cities – Vladimir and Suzdal. In Vladimir you will admire strikingly beautiful monuments such as the Golden Gate and the Assumption Cathedral. You will also visit another outstanding cathedral and probably the finest one in Vladimir – the Dimitri Cathedral. You will then visit the city of Suzdal. You will be amazed by the churches that are home to refined murals and frescoes. Overnight in Moscow.

Day 5 - Moscow to St. Petersburg

After breakfast check-out of the hotel and meet your driver at the lobby for your transfer to the train station

Upon arrival to Saint Petersburg, meet your driver for your transfer to your hotel. Overnight in St. Petersburg.

Day 6 - St. Petersburg

This morning meet your guide in the hotel lobby for your tour of the center of Saint Petersburg. Proceed to the panoramic city tour with stops on the major city sights (Nevsky prospect, Art Square, Split of Vasilievsky Island, etc). Visit to Peter and Paul Fortress, the first building of the city and the mausoleum of Tsar’s family. You will Then have time to stop for lunch, your guide will recommend nice places in the city center. After lunch continue your tour by visiting St. Isaac’s Cathedral and the Church on Spilled Blood. Overnight in St. Petersburg.

Day 7 - St. Petersburg

Today, meet your driver in the hotel lobby to be transferred to your tour of the Hermitage museum of St. Petersburg. The Hermitage museum contains one of the largest collections of art pieces in the world. Among them there are examples of prehistoric culture — Egyptian art, the art of Antiquity, Scythian gold — and a great collection of Western-European paintings and sculptures. The highlights of the collection are the masterpieces by the old Italian masters, French Impressionists, and other world-famous painters. After the tour you will be taken back to your hotel. In the evening meet your driver in the hotel lobby for your evening reception in the Palace of Grand Duke Vladimir with concert of classical music. Overnight in St. Petersburg

Day 8 - St. Petersburg

This morning after breakfast meet your driver in the hotel lobby to depart for your tour of the Museum of Political Russian History. You will dive into Russian history and be amazed by this museum’s unique point of view. After the tour, proceed to the town of Pushkin. First stop is for lunch at the BIP Castle. After lunch, visit the palace of Catherine the Great and the park. Located twenty-five kilometers south of St. Petersburg, the town of Pushkin, originally called Tsarskoye Selo, came into existence when Catherine I built a little surprise palace here for her husband, Peter the Great. Overnight in St. Petersburg.

Day 9 - St. Petersburg

After breakfast meet your driver in the hotel lobby to depart for your tour of Peterhoff. You will visit the palace that has been dubbed the “Russian Versailles”. Visit the Monplaisir Palace, bath house and lower park with more than 130 fountains & cascades. Overnight in St. Petersburg.

Day 10 - St. Petersburg Departure

This morning after breakfast check-out of your hotel and meet your driver in the hotel lobby for your transfer to Pulkovo Airport.
