This small luxury hotel is located in Dalt Vila, an old medieval village declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, next to the Cathedral of Ibiza. La Torre del Canonigo is characterized by the ancient Renaissance walls that surround it, forming part of the Old Roman Acropolis.
