Stroll in San Gimignano-the town of the hundred towers-admiring
the medieval feel of the hill town. Taste typical wine of the
area in a local wine producing estate. Afterwards, head to Siena

bask in the medieval atmosphere of the town. Dinner
tonight in a local restaurant.

to Assisi for a guided tour of this city. Return to the hotel
in the early evening for dinner and overnight. Day 05-Pienza
and Montalcino Admire the magnificent panorama along the ‘Crete
Senese’; an evocative landscape of barren hills dotted
with olive groves, vineyards and stone walls. Stop to taste
‘Pecorino’ cheese where it’s made in the delightful
Renaissance town of Pienza. Visit the walled town
of Montalcino and taste the wine of the region at Fattoria Casato
Prime Donne.

with antipasto, pasta, main courses, vegetables and dessert.
The morning starts with a visit of the market with our chef-a
dynamic lady who will reveal her family cooking secrets. Lunch
