Day
1-Malaga
Pick up your rental car in Malaga, visit the town and the
new Picasso Museum then head
out into the countryside. First night in a charming hotel
in the Malaga countryside.
Day 2-Granada
Visit the splendid hilltop Alhambra replete with fountains,
gardens and baths, explore the ancient Albaicin quarter and
marvel at the magnificent Royal Chapel. Stay in a small city
centre inn.
Day 3-Cordoba
Be amazed by one of Spain’s most spectacular monuments,
the Moorish Mezquita. The city’s old Jewish Quarter
lends itself to quiet exploration. Stay in the city centre
across from the Mezquita.
Day 4 & 5-Seville
This bustling city boast a rich artistic heritage displayed
in its Baroque facades, ochre coloured palaces and great Gothic
Cathedral. The Barrio de Santa Cruz is the perfect place to
enjoy shops, outdoor cafes and sample the tapas bars.
Day 6-Arcos de la Frontera
Explore the quintessential ‘pueblo bianco’ with
its steep cobblestoned streest, whitewashed houses and wrought
iron grilles. Stay in a delightful hacienda in the countryside.
Day 7-Monda
Stay the last night in a charming castle hotel in the heart
of a white village, just 15km from Marbella and with easy
access to Malaga Airport.
